The Sudanese Workers’ Trade Union Federation (SWTUF) visited our head office on April 28th, 2026.
Dr. Sirralkhatim Abdulkadir, President of the Sudanese Workers’ Trade Union Federation (SWTUF) visited our head office and met our Union President, Mr. Devlet Sert who is also the Vice-President of the HAK-İŞ Trade Union Confederation.
Dr. Sirralkhatim Abdulkadir was, the SWTUF President, accompanied by Mr. Ahmed Eisa Ibrahim who is the Al-Fashir Provincial President in Sudan.
Mr. İsmail Öztürk, Attorney Muhammet Esat Eyvaz, and Mr. Fehmi Azboy that are Vice-Presidents and Executive Board Members of our Union were present during the visit programme.
During the meeting, both delegations focused on the ongoing training and cooperation programmes which are in progress between our Confederation of HAK-İŞ, our Union of the Öz Sağlık-İş and SWTUF.
Mr. Devlet Sert emphasized again that our Union would keep on standing by the victims and their pursuit of justice by drawing attention to the grave humanitarian tragedy which is globaly known as the “Al-Fashir Massacre”.
Dr. Sirralkhatim Abdulkadir, President of the Sudanese Workers’ Trade Union Federation (SWTUF), expressed his satisfaction with the current bilateral cooperation by stating that they have always felt the support of the HAK-İŞ Trade Union Confederation as well as the Öz Sağlık-İş Health and Social Services Trade Union.
